Eagle Rock's Upstream assets are located primarily in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Alabama and are characterized by low-cost, low-decline producing basins.

Eagle Rock's Alabama / Mississippi assets consist of approximately 29 gross producing wells and has an average production rate of approximately 19.8 MMcfe/d. As of December 31, 2010, these assets consisted of 65.1 Bcfe of proved reserves, of which 100% were proved developed.

Eagle Rock's Mid-Continent assets consist of approximately 294 gross producing wells and has an average production rate of approximately 37.6 Â MMcfe/d. As of December 31, 2010, these assets consisted of 226.0 Bcfe of proved reserves, of which 64% were proved developed.

Eagle Rock's East Texas assets consist of approximately 34 gross producing wells and has an average production rate of approximately 9.1 MMcfe/d. As of December 31, 2010, these assets consisted of 27.5 Bcfe of proved reserves, of which 91% were proved developed.

Eagle Rock's Permian assets consist of approximately 186 gross producing wells and has an average production rate of approximately 5.6 MMcfe/d. As of December 31, 2010, these assets consisted of 28.2 Bcfe of proved reserves, of which 74% were proved developed.

Eagle Rock's Barnett Shale assets consist of approximately 36 gross producing wells and has an average production rate of approximately 9.2 MMcfe/d. As of December 31, 2010, these assets consisted of 31.6 Bcfe of proved reserves, of which 79% were proved developed

Eagle Rock's South Texas assets consist of approximately 11 gross producing wells and has an average production rate of approximately 1.6 MMcfe/d. As of December 31, 2010, these assets consisted of 6.7 Bcfe of proved reserves, of which 46% were proved developed.
